US Patent No. 9,968,539 B2; Mary Kay Inc., Addison, TX, has patented a non-aqueous composition that is comprised of particulate ascorbic acid; silicone containing compound; and an essential oil. The particulate ascorbic acid is suspended in the silicone containing compound. At least 50% of the initial amount of the ascorbic acid in the composition remains stable when the composition is stored for at least one month at room temperature....
